Privacy policy

Last updated: 3 July 2026.

This privacy policy explains how Realign with Stacey ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you buy from our shop or get in touch. We're a small UK business and we keep this short on purpose.

Who we are

Realign with Stacey is run by Stacey Adams as a sole trader. Classes run at CORE Pilates, Priory Gates Barn, Priory Road, Wolston, Coventry CV8 3FX. The data controller for the personal data described below is Stacey Adams. You can reach us at bookings@realignwithstacey.com.

What data we collect

This site has no accounts and no login. When you buy from the shop, checkout happens on Stripe's secure payment page, and we receive from Stripe:

  • Your name, email address and delivery address, so we can post your order and contact you about it.
  • What you ordered and the amount you paid.
  • Payment metadata only — we never see or store your card number, card expiry, or security code. Those go directly to Stripe.

If you email us (for example a pop-up or booking enquiry), we'll have whatever you choose to send. Our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, also processes standard request logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) for security.

How we use your data

  • Fulfilling your order — posting it, confirming it, handling returns and refunds. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
  • Replying to your enquiries. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us.
  • Security and fraud prevention. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in running a safe service.
  • Tax and accounting records. Lawful basis: legal obligation. HMRC requires us to keep transaction records for at least six full tax years.

We don't send marketing emails unless you've asked for them, and we don't buy or sell mailing lists.

Who we share your data with

Only the third parties we need to actually run the shop:

  • Stripe (payment processing) — handles your card details, the checkout page and refunds. Their privacy policy.
  • Cloudflare (hosting, DNS and security) — serves this website and sees the requests your browser makes to it. Their privacy policy.
  • Royal Mail (delivery) — sees your name and address on the parcel, as you'd expect.

We do not sell your data. We do not pass it to advertisers, marketers, or analytics providers. We have no third-party tracking on this site.

How long we keep it

  • Order records: six full tax years, for accounting (HMRC requirement).
  • Enquiry emails: as long as the conversation is live, then routinely deleted.

Your rights

You have rights over your personal data under UK GDPR. You can:

  • Ask for a copy of the data we hold on you (right of access).
  • Ask us to correct anything that's wrong (right to rectification).
  • Ask us to delete your data (right to erasure) — subject to records we have to keep for tax or legal reasons.
  • Ask us to send your data to another service (right to portability).
  • Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you think we've handled your data badly. We'd rather you raised it with us first so we can fix it, but it's your right.

Email bookings@realignwithstacey.com to exercise any of these rights. We respond within one calendar month.

Cookies

This site sets almost none — see the cookie policy for the short list.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material we'll update the date at the top. Minor wording fixes won't be announced.

If anything here is unclear, please email us. We're a small business; a quick answer to your question is faster for both of us than a formal complaint.

Mark. Space. Breath. Return.
