Terms & conditions

These are the terms for Realign with Stacey — both the classes we tell you about and the things you buy from our online shop. By placing an order you agree to the shop terms below. They're written to be readable; if anything's unclear please email us.

1. Who we are

Realign with Stacey is operated by Stacey Adams, a sole trader. Classes run at CORE Pilates, Priory Gates Barn, Priory Road, Wolston, Coventry CV8 3FX. Contact: bookings@realignwithstacey.com.

2. Classes

Our classes, including Mini & Me, run at CORE Pilates in Wolston. Bookings and class payments are taken by the studio, not through this website — the studio's own booking terms (including cancellations and refunds) apply to class bookings. This site just tells you what's on and points you to the right place to book.

Pilates is a physical activity. Please consult your GP or another qualified medical professional before attending if you have any condition that might affect your ability to exercise — including recent surgery, pregnancy or recent birth, diastasis recti, prolapse, joint or back problems, or cardiovascular conditions. For postnatal classes, we recommend waiting until at least your six-week postnatal check (twelve weeks for a Caesarean section) and only attending with GP sign-off. Tell Stacey before class about any injury, condition, or medication that might affect what you do — she'll adjust where she can.

3. The shop — ordering and payment

Orders are placed through this website. Prices are shown in pounds sterling on each product. Payment is taken at the point of ordering via Stripe Checkout — we never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed when Stripe accepts payment and you receive a receipt by email; nothing is committed until that receipt arrives.

If something you've ordered turns out to be unavailable, we'll tell you promptly and refund you in full.

4. Delivery and collection

  • UK delivery: free — orders are posted by Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch within 3 working days.
  • Collect at class: free — choose this option at checkout and Stacey will bring your order to your next class.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

5. Changing your mind — returns and refunds

You can cancel an order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it (your legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). To do so, email bookings@realignwithstacey.com within the 14 days, then send the item back to the address we give you within 14 days of telling us.

  • Our socks are supplied individually sealed. For health and hygiene reasons, change-of-mind returns are only accepted while the seal is unbroken — once opened, socks can only be returned if faulty (see below). This is the sealed-goods exception in the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • You pay the return postage (unless the item is faulty — see below).
  • We refund the price you paid, including our original standard postage charge, within 14 days of receiving the item back, to the card you paid with.

6. Faulty items

If something arrives faulty or isn't as described, you're covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015: tell us within 30 days for a full refund including all postage, or afterwards for a repair or replacement. Email us with a photo and we'll sort it quickly.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. The terms in force when you placed your order are the ones that apply to it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
